Mao Feng Yellow

Traditionally reserved for the emperor, yellow tea was first produced as far back as the 16th century. This curious tea owes its high honors to a unique but risky drying process which includes a subtle fermentation period. No other tea style balances pungent fruit notes with lush earth tones in quite the same way. We taste
notes of apricot, lilac, and almond macaron.
